Kitchen Cabinets 22 February 03 Update
	The kitchen cabinets are installed in Martha's house. The cabinets for Coco's house should be ready next week. The two upstairs apartments will get cabinets in several more weeks. Interior painting and tile work will begin next week.

	Enrique has finished painting the door and window frames in three of the four apartments. The exterior painting is done except for some trim and touch-ups. Now we are beginning to prep the patio for the brick pavers.
